Hattie's Garden is a Small Market-Garden We grow vegetables, herbs and specialty cut flowers on half an acre in Lewes, DE. We use organic and sustainable methods. Our salad greens are triple washed, bagged and refrigerated within hours of picking. During the summer we can be found at the Historic Lewes Farmers Market (HLFM) in downtown Lewes, Saturday mornings from 8 to 12. 

During the spring, fall and winter we deliver fresh salad greens and other cool weather crops as well as Bread, Milk, Yogurt and Meat to private homes in Rehoboth Beach, Milton, and Lewes. See our vendor list here.

Fresh Quality We strive to bring you the best quality produce. We pay special attention to post-harvest practices, both for cleanliness and freshness. Our produce is never nicer than the first minute after we pick it and we work to preserve that quality.

Local & Sustainable Locally grown and produced food for local people--We do everything we can in a small, but significant way, to advance our handful of local small sustainable businesses, local small sustainable farms, and to promote the consumption of good whole foods.

Hi Hattie-
The greens are beautiful.  I am cooking some smoked turkey wings and garlic in a little water  so I can then throw in the greens.  Will then freeze in packages so dinners after office hours are easier to do.
