Enjoy fresh, local produce delivered to your door each week! Hattie's specialties include triple-washed Mesclun and Arugula. Many other items are available at different times of the year, including Hakurei Turnips, Beets, Sweet Carrots, Toscano Kale, Red Russian Kale, Pak Choi, various Asian greens too numerous to name, Scallions, Swiss Chard, Young mixed Braising Greens, young cut and washed loose leaf lettuce and more.
Organic vegetables and USDA inspected pasture-raised free-range pork from a diversified, small family farm in Salisbury. Free-ranging pigs are raised with no hormones or antibiotics on pasture where no synthetic chemicals or fertilizers are used. The pigs are raised with access to woodland and eat lots of acorns. Freshly baked bread, made with the finest ingredients available. Try San Francisco Sourdough, Ciabatta Rolls, Italian Loaf, Raisin with Cinnamon Swirl, and wonderful Whole Grain Loaves. The bread is baked in the wee hours of Saturday morning and we pick it up while it is still warm!

Nice fresh mushrooms, harvested the day prior to delivery. Choose from Shitake, Crimini, Portabella, Maitake and Oyster Mushrooms or try a mixed bag of Crimini, Shitake and Oyster mushrooms. You won't be disappointed!
Goat cheeses made from their herd of goats on their country farm. Aged, raw milk hard cheeses will be offered in a variety of flavors as well as pasteurized soft cheeses. We also offer eggs by the dozen from free-range hens and duck eggs.
A certified organic farm for over 20 years. Prior to Betsy Thornton, it was the largest organic vegetable operation on the East Coast. Betsy has owned and managed it for 10 years and does wholesale to several natural food outlets. We are very happy she is joining us for a bit!
